AuctionBargain.com – Shipping Policy
Last updated: 14 November 2025
AuctionBargain.com is an online marketplace operated by Confidia Limited. As the platform operator, Confidia provides the digital infrastructure, payments framework, and compliance oversight for merchants who sell directly to customers worldwide.
Confidia does not own, warehouse, or ship any products. All items listed on the platform are offered, sold, and shipped directly by independent third-party merchants.
1. Shipping Responsibility
Each merchant is responsible for:
-
Preparing and dispatching orders within their stated processing timeframe;
-
Using reputable courier or postal services;
-
Providing valid tracking information once an order is shipped;
-
Ensuring all products comply with relevant export/import regulations.
Confidia does not handle logistics directly but monitors marketplace performance and assists in dispute resolution if shipping problems arise.
2. Shipping Methods and Regions
Shipping options and delivery times vary depending on:
-
The seller’s location;
-
The buyer’s destination country; and
-
The shipping service selected at checkout.
Many merchants offer standard, express, or tracked delivery. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page.
Buyers are encouraged to review each merchant’s delivery policy before completing checkout.
3. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination.
These costs are not controlled by AuctionBargain or Confidia and are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by the merchant.
4. Delays and Tracking
Merchants must provide tracking details once available.
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost:
-
Contact the merchant directly via the platform;
-
If unresolved, raise a ticket through support@auctionbargain.com for assistance.
While Confidia facilitates communication and payment verification, it cannot control third-party shipping carriers.
5. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed items, the buyer may need to cover re-delivery costs. Merchants determine the re-shipping procedure in such cases.
