At AuctionBargain.com, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Since all items are sold and shipped directly by independent third-party merchants, each merchant manages their own return and replacement policies within the guidelines of our marketplace standards.
Customers are encouraged to review the individual merchant’s return terms listed on their product pages before placing an order.
If a return is requested, the buyer should first contact the seller directly through the “Contact Seller” option in their AuctionBargain.com account. Sellers must respond within a reasonable time and provide clear instructions for returning eligible items.
All returns should be sent back to the merchant in their original condition and packaging, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the seller. Return shipping costs and restocking fees, if any, are determined by the merchant’s stated policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Confidia Limited, as the marketplace operator, facilitates communication and payment settlements but does not directly handle or receive returned goods. However, we may step in to assist if a seller fails to comply with their published policy or marketplace rules.
